Hi! I’m Maria Vallejo, and I am a certified teacher turned tutor. I teach with empathy and compassion at the forefront and personalize learning for every student. I tutor any subject 3rd-8th grade and anything literacy-based through college and beyond. I offer private one-on-one tutoring, small group instruction, and proofreading services.

  • Maria is a wonderful and engaging tutor. She was my son’s writing tutor for four years. They worked on his English homework (or any other homework that required writing). Over the summer, they would read books together and work on his writing. She helped him with his college essays. They had a great rapport. She was always so flexible with his sports and work schedules. I highly recommend Maria!
